Office Hours mode
One shared weekly schedule — toggle any day off, set start/end times, and it auto-replies outside those hours.
On Leave mode
Pick one account and a date range. Leave replies override Office Hours automatically while active.
Per-account messages
Each account on the Office Hours schedule gets its own message — no more one-size-fits-all reply.
Auto signature
Pulls each account's signature straight from Thunderbird — no retyping it into every message.
True day-off switch
A dedicated Off toggle per day means no accidental auto-replies — separate from the closed-all-day setting.
Send delay
Waits a few minutes before actually sending — one global setting, adjustable in Settings.
Multi-account
Office Hours applies to every account you check in. Leave mode covers one account at a time.
No inbox spam
Each sender gets one auto-reply every 24 hours, no matter how many emails they send.
100% local
Runs inside Thunderbird only. No external server, no data leaves your machine.

Set up Office Hours or Leave
Open the extension's settings, choose accounts, set your schedule or leave dates, and write your message.
Save & Activate
Hit Save and Activate — auto-replies start working right away, no restart needed.
